We are participating providers with Medicare. Medicare does not cover most dental services, however, there are certain oral conditions that Medicare deems medically necessary and will cover. Medicare patients are responsible for co-pay/ co-insurance, deductibles, and non-covered services.
Written authorization must be obtained from your employer before treating a Workers Compensation injury. Claims for work related injuries are sent to the insurance company or your employer. If not covered by insurance, you agree to be responsible for the balance due for the services rendered
